Registration is now open for Formula 1 marshals

Anyone over the age of 21, regardless of their place of residence, wishing to contribute directly to the successful delivery of this great sports event in the central streets of the capital Baku, can join the Marshal Program. The marshals involved in the program will play an indispensable role in the 2023 Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, in addition to having the opportunity to experience the thrill of the Formula 1 race firsthand, being closest to the track.

Marshals play a key role in the organization and delivery of Formula 1 races all over the world. They are also known as “Race Officials” in the world of Formula 1. They ensure the safety of every Formula 1 driver racing on the track and provide administrative support for the entire Marshals’ team.

Azerbaijan Automobile Federation will award the successful marshals of the F1 race weekend with an international license certified by International Automobile Federation (FIA). The international license will enable the marshals to participate in future Formula 1 Grand Prix races in all host countries along with Azerbaijan.
