BCC announced that The Concert Shuttle Service will run between the race track and the concert venue, providing efficient transportation for attendees. This service is designed to streamline travel and reduce any potential delays during the event.

Race Track → Crystal Hall

Start time: 19:00 – depending on completion of the 2nd Practice Session.

End time: 22:00

Pick-up locations:

1. Paddock Club → VIP PSA JWM Marriott, Gates by the trackside.
2. SkyBox Guests → Turn #1 by the trackside.
3. Others → Turn #18, Giz Galasi Grandstand.

Drop-off location:

1. Transport Mall at Crystal Hall.

Direction:

Crystal Hall → Race Track

Start time: 23:00

End time: 04:00

Pick-up locations:

1. Transport Mall at Crystal Hall.

Drop-off location:

1. VIP PSA JWM Marriott, Gates by the trackside. Passengers will exit in the JWM direction without access to the VIP PSA.
2. Sahil Metro Station by the trackside.
3. Icheri Sheher Metro Station by the trackside.
