Around 70 volunteers took part in the workshop arranged in light of the National Youth Day. Jala Alakbarova, the trainer at the BBC Academy, talked about the importance of developing soft skills effectively and its positive impact on career growth. Soft skills mainly entail communication and presentation skills, as well as teamwork and time management skills. At the end of the workshop, volunteers joined the Q&A session and got the chance to ask the most crucial questions.
Along with the pre-race preparation, BCC prioritizes the personal development of the volunteers and will continue to do so in the long run.
It is worth noting that as a part of the sixth Formula 1 Grand Prix in Baku, the interview process of the volunteers will commence on January 31. The interviews are to be finalized by the end of February 2022.
